On Top values artistry over perfection, and believes exposing dancers of all ages to various genres, techniques, and choreography is what truly makes a dancer grow and succeed in the industry.

Our one-day conventions offer a variety of styles, including Improv, Latin Jazz, Contemporary, Broadway Musical Theater, Hip Hop, and our Audition class, where dancers will learn critical audition skills with a professional of the field.
